Thanks for all of your help with our e-mail and Web design. After
speaking with people all over the country, it was clear who we
wanted to do our web design. Everyone we previously spoke with
wanted to design our site, but didn't want to listen to our
needs. Starting a new business, we were on a limited budget and
did not have a web site factored into the equation at all. When
we told the other companies they came back with quotes in excess
of two thousand dollars and a monthly fee, then wanted more money
to change the designs if we wanted to add anything. They were
more concerned about making the big ticket sale!!!! After our
initial conversation, you did not promise anything and let us know
that you would give us a couple of options BASED ON OUR
CONVERSATION. You called us back with several options--all of
them unique to our situation--which proved to me you listened to
what we needed. Communication has been great, you always called
me with updates without us having to ask whats going on. You

Dear AutoWeb Tech,
I
had fussed with the idea of a web page as a vehicle to launch my novel
TWICE DEPARTED, into the public eye for nearly 2 years. I tried
templates. I had aggravated friends and family. I had developed a blue
print but, alas, all I had was some amateurish junk. I can't remember how
I got to Ben Vaughn and Auto Web Technologies, but I did. After some
extended telephone conversations, I packed everything I had collected into
a box and put it into the mail. Within a short time I had an e-mail
inviting me to look at the first draft. It was not to my mental blue print
at all, it was better, in fact, WONDERFUL! Everything I

of my friends commented, that if he had only seen the web page he would
run out and buy the book!
The magic has not ended with the advent of the web page. Ben
and the AWT staff continue to amaze me by their responsiveness to
amending the page as it has developed. Their willingness to fine tune the
project and respect for me as a customer, with limited computer
competence, is absolutely unique. I wish that most of the other
